I've been reading about the future of the Internet, which is being promoted under the moniker of "Web 3.0" or "The Semantic Web". We're no where near there yet and some say we'll never achieve it but it's an interesting subject to discuss.

My name is Robert Werner and I am a software developer and entrepreneur currently based out of Vancouver, BC.
I've been building software since 1977 (when I was a kid) and professionally since 1987. My early work was in DOS and Windows programming as well as customization of AutoCad with Lisp.
In more recent years I've done a lot of work building mobile software apps and web programming. My expertise is centered around Microsoft's dotNet and ASP.Net technology, with the language of choice being C#.
I'm quickly becoming an aficionado and heavy user of both AJAX and jQuery technologies.
